Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of fatigue, role overload and stress on the work safety of farmers on the plantation. Respondents in this study were cassava farmers who worked on Way Kanan Lampung plantations. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. The number of respondents is 200 people.
