Abstract

This work aims to simulate several practical Internet of Everything (IoE) scenarios that one can experience in real world applications. The network components are based on IoE sensors. All devices are interconnected in the network architecture, and a backend intelligence executes logic and data analysis based on the gathered sensor data. This work uses a variety of Cisco components to provide a completely functional network (routers, switches, servers, etc). Also, there are illustrations of IoE smart devices that are already interconnected in the simulation. To provide setup examples for more complex applications, the programming of these sensors and the backend logic are both provided.
