Abstract

Electromagnetic scattering and Doppler spectrum of backscattered wave from a moving object above time-evolving sea surfaces is studied by virtue of a hybrid algorithm of Kirchhoff approximation (KA) and method of moments (MoM). Numerical results are presented and discussed.
