Abstract

Nowadays, Chinese family-owned enterprises account for a large proportion in all types of businesses, and play an important role in the national economy. But its familial human resource management have always existed many problems, such as the singleness of corporate governance, patriarchal system, the overlap of ownership and franchise and "cronyism", which restrict family enterprises to develop further. This paper tried to interpret this issue from the perspective of social capital, analyze its causes, and eventually propose some corresponding measures and suggestions to improve the level of human resource management.
基于社会资本视角的家族企业人力资源管理问题探讨
如今,中国的家族企业在各类企业中占有很大的比重,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。但其家族人力资源管理一直存在诸多问题,如公司治理单一化、宗法制、所有权与特许经营权重叠、“任人唯亲”等,制约了家族企业的进一步发展。本文试图从社会资本的角度对这一问题进行解读,分析其产生的原因,并最终提出相应的措施和建议,以提高人力资源管理水平。
