Substituting PCN for PMN partially, the planar coupling factor increased. The nearly zero aging rate of resonant frequency at room temperature was found at the composition of x=y=O.4375. Two phase mixture of a perovskite solid solution and minor quantity of a pyrochlore Pb3Nb9013 phase formed in this system, and it gives rise to the zoning structure. pyrochlore with a size of 0.5-1.2 m. From the results of XRD and piezoelectric properties, it is supposed that the composition of x=0.5312 5, y=0.34375 corresponds to MPB between tetragonal and pseudocubic ferroelectric perovskite.
