Abstract

In order to improve the manufacturing precision of the key components of diesel engines, the processing accuracy of the conduit hole and the valve seat is studied. The tool structure, tool processing parameters and cutting fluid are analyzed. Combined with the cutting contrast test, the optimal tool parameters are selected and applied to the actual processing. Problems in processing are solved. It is applied to mass production. The results show that the finishing process is the most effective and reliable process for machining the cylinder head conduit bore and valve seat.
柴油机关键零部件制造工艺研究
