An efficient Modified Random Based Interleaver is proposed which is simple and could produce orthogonal interleavers for generating user specific chip level interleavers for different users. The projected methodology reduces the computational complexity, memory requirement problem and also reduces the number of data exchanges between the base station (BS) and also the mobile station (MS). Abstract
