Results: The highest level of relationship quality was moderate level 73.2% but the highest level of workplace affective commitment was low level 64.8%, but the low level was high. Conclusion : There were positively correlation and statistically significant between total relationship quality scores and workplace affective commitment for nurses at Main Mansoura University Hospital.
