Abstract

This paper explains the working principle of circular polarization selective surface (CPSS) and proposes a new designed CPSS. The new designed CPSS using printed graphene as conductor to replace metal conductor and it is printed on paper which is different from traditional substrate. It simplifies the fabrication of CPSS and bring great flexibility into designed CPSS. The new designed CPSS performs well in reflecting left-hand circular polarization (LHCP) incident wave while transmitting right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) incident wave.
