This research is using causality research design with learning impacts between every variable. Method that is used in this research is to do regression analyzing with distributive justice variable as independence variable and perception organization support as independence variable. The total amount of this research is 185 samples. The result in this research has shown that distributive justice has significant impact toward organization belief. Abstract

This research intends to know the impacts between distributive justice toward the perception organization support. This research is using causality research design with learning impacts between every variable.
