With the results obtained, it is intended to encourage leaders of organizations, sports federations, technicians, who seek to improve results in management through the administrative process. Abstract

The main objective of this thesis research was to know, the application of the administrative process and the improvement of the management in the Peruvian Sports Federation of Judo in 2019, it was established that it is a necessary tool in the proper functioning of the management, for which two questionnaires were used; one of them to analyze the current administrative process, as well as another questionnaire, to evaluate the management in the Federation in a structured way, with the help of the bibliographic study, having as a universe and sample the collaborators of the Federation.
