Design of province-level information system of the development and reform commission based on portal websites

Abstract

This paper begins with an introduction to government portal websites, then design a framework of province-level information system of the development and reform commission. Some related technologies are discussed. Several application systems may be integrated into the framework, form an intelligent local government information system and decision support system.
