Abstract

THE PAPER REPORTS THE RESULTS OF A RESEARCH PROJECT IN WHICH A DIGITAL SIMULATION MODEL WAS DEVELOPED TO DETERMINE VOLUME WARRANTS AT STREET INTERSECTIONS.
