The materials and techniques used to meet the demands of the very difficult Los Angeles market are presented. A number of key attributes were measured regarding the desirability of using various types of cell site buildings. These were as follows: cost, deployment time, deployment flexibility, weight, portability, and sturdiness. Abstract
