Abstract

It is expressed as the person who collects the leader power, who has an impact on all processes of the organization and manages the processes. Implicit leadership emerges when other individuals in the group follow the person they want to see as the leader voluntarily (Erogluer, 2014, p. 107). The aim of this study is to examine the concept of implicit leadership which is not included in Turkish literature and to shed light on other studies.
