Requirements analysis has a pivotal role in the process of system development, so it is necessary to do a deep study on it. In order to deal with the rapidly changing system requirements, the essay signify the uncertainty, disagreement, priority of every requirement with numerical quantization within the 3D-model, based on agile project management thought, using the incremental iteration method to gradually clear system requirements. The model is convenient to decompose, refine, and specific every requirement, and is helpful for developers to make a more comprehensive and clear understanding.
