Abstract

LACCI conference has been held in different countries like Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Mexico and this is the first time that occurs here in Ecuador. Sixth IEEE-LA-CCI conference aims to provide a highlevel international forum for scientists, researchers, engineers, and educators from the region to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views of the future research directions on Neural & Learning Systems, Evolutionary & Swarm Computation and Fuzzy & Stochastic Modeling and their related applications.
