Abstract

In this challenging world most organizations are aware that the main competitive advantage for business organization lies in the organization’s knowledge. Knowledge in most business organizations are hidden, scattered and not managed effectively and efficiently for their competitive advantage. Hence, the organization’s decision making should focus primarily on knowledge and the competitive capabilities derived from it. The Collaborative Research Management expected in helping the creation and maintenance of the system and also to develop the system by introduces the concept of knowledge management and presents a collaborative knowledge management tools.
