The concept and structure of forensic characteristics juvenile murders

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятие и структура криминалистической характеристики убийств малолетних, а также содержание отдельных ее элементов. Рассмотрены информационные компоненты элементов криминалистической характеристики убийств малолетних и их содержание. Выводы о криминалистической характеристике убийств малолетних и содержании ее элементов сделаны по результатам изучения и обобщения следственной практики по расследованию данной категории уголовных дел. Приведены результаты анализа личности преступника, личности жертвы, способа совершения преступления и оставляемых следов, обстановки совершения преступления. Выявлены закономерности между элементами криминалистической характеристики убийств малолетних и отдельных ее информационных компонентов, внутри отдельно взятого элемента, что также необходимо учитывать при раскрытии и расследовании уголовных дел. Данная информация может способствовать выдвижению версий на первоначальном этапе расследования убийств. Кроме того, указанные закономерности необходимо учитывать при раскрытии преступлений и установлении лиц, совершивших преступление, так как это способствует сужению круга подозреваемых лиц. Результаты исследования криминалистической характеристики убийств малолетних могут быть использованы при проведении профилактики и предупреждении совершения преступлений. The article deals with issues related to the concept and structure of criminalistics characteristics of juvenile homicides, as well as the content of its individual elements. The article identifies the information components of the elements of the criminalistics characteristics of juvenile homicides and their content. Conclusions about the criminalistics characteristics of juvenile homicides and the content of its elements are made based on the results of the study and generalization of investigative practice for the investigation of this category of criminal cases. The paper presents the results of the analysis of the identity of the criminal, the identity of the victim, the method of committing the crime and the traces left, the crime scene. The regularities between the elements of the criminalistics characteristics of juvenile homicides and its individual information components, within a single element, are revealed, which also needs to be taken into account when solving and investigating criminal cases. This information may contribute to the promotion of versions at the initial stage of the investigation of murders. In addition, these patterns must be taken into account when solving crimes and identifying the perpetrators of the crime, as they contribute to narrowing the circle of suspects. The results of the study of the criminalistics characteristics of juvenile homicides can also be used in the prevention and prevention of crimes.
