Abstract

Assignments are discussed for optically-pumped CH3OH FIR laser lines originating from transitions in other than pure C-0 stretch states. The assignments are confirmed by formation of closed combination loops of measured frequencies, or are supported by direct FTFIR spectral observations for refilling transitions.
