Based on the physical model of silicon solar cell, the analytical expressions of steady-state characteristics and the dynamic characteristics are deduced at first; then the dynamics circuit model of solar cell considering the cabling impedance is obtained; after that, the exact expressions of dynamic resistance, equivalent capacitor and small-signal output impedance are derived.
