Abstract

In the commentary on Institutiones, dialogue is not a continuous form of presentation. In each section, the content is first announced and organized. In the comment itself, a person is represented as a laicus scolaris and then remains unnamed; questions about the content are answered by the Justinian himself, as a dialogue partner, in a short and concise manner.
