Abstract

The "semi-digital" metering composed of electromagnetic transformer, merging unit with analog input and digital input electricity meter is the main metering mode of smart substation. In this paper, according to the JJG 596-2012 verification procedure, a new method is proposed to detect the overall error of the merging unit with analogue input and the digital input electricity meter by using the widely-used three-phase electric energy meter standard device. This method introduces the calculation process of reference parameters such as rated voltage, rated current, pulse constant, etc. and describes the test wiring mode. The test results show that the overall error detection method is simple and easy to implement, which can be usually used as a supplement to the test of merging unit with analog input and digital input electricity meter, so as to facilitate the operation and maintenance of smart substation metering system.
基于“半数字”测光模式的整体误差检测方法
