In this paper, according to the JJG 596-2012 verification procedure, a new method is proposed to detect the overall error of the merging unit with analogue input and the digital input electricity meter by using the widely-used three-phase electric energy meter standard device. This method introduces the calculation process of reference parameters such as rated voltage, rated current, pulse constant, etc. and describes the test wiring mode. Abstract
The "semi-digital" metering composed of electromagnetic transformer, merging unit with analog input and digital input electricity meter is the main metering mode of smart substation.
