On the Approximation of the Russian Civil and Arbitral Procedures

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical issues of reforming the Russian civil procedure and the Russian state arbitration proceedings, identifying their common features, studying the Concept of the Unified Civil Procedure Code and determining the need for appropriate amendments to the domestic procedural legislation.
