Abstract

Janet Bignell is a tenant of Falcon Chambers and has specialized in property litigation for the last 17 years. She practices in all areas of commercial landlord and tenant and real property law, together with property related professional negligence and insolvency. Reported cases in 2008 and 2009 have involved restrictive covenants, administration, and rent review. Janet is the author of “Lewison’s Drafting Business Leases”, co-author of “Registered Land – Law and Practice”, and a contributor to a number of other textbooks and journals.
