Abstract

When short circuit fault happened to a transformer, which current was current several times than the rated current, it would produce mechanical and thermal effect in the transformer winding. When the short-circuit resistance of the transformer was not enough, it may lead to axial or radial deformation of winding, weakening of winding strength, decreasing of insulation performance and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comprehensive analysis of mechanical and thermal effect in order to judge the overall state of the transformer after short circuit fault and ensure the safety and reliability of power grid.
从机械和热两方面分析变压器短路电流
当变压器发生电流大于额定电流数倍的短路故障时,会在变压器绕组中产生机械效应和热效应。当变压器的短路电阻不足时,可能导致绕组的轴向或径向变形,绕组强度减弱,绝缘性能下降等问题。因此,为了判断变压器短路故障后的整体状态,保证电网的安全可靠,有必要对其机械效应和热效应进行综合分析。
