The paper derives power allocation criteria for max-min fairness in single-antenna and multi-antennas cases, which can be served as power allocation metrics when the BS has perfect large-scale fading knowledge of all users. We also propose an alternative method that is appropriate for scenarios where only limited feedback is allowed.
