Property of nonparametric of signs and ranks consequents algorithms of detection of signals in noise and washed out flow of pulsing interference

Abstract

Is shown, that in conditions of joint effect of noise and washed out flow of random pulsing interference with any laws of distributions signs and ranks consequents detectors of signals have property of nonparametric, which is interpreted as constant of probability of a false alarm and constant (on the average) time of acceptance of the decision in intervals of the per mission, where a useful signal is absent.
