PRÁTICAS COLABORATIVAS E INTERPROFISSIONAL NA TERAPIA INTENSIVA: Conhecimento, Reflexos e Limitações

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o conhecimento dos profissionais da terapia intensiva sobre a importância das práticas colaborativas e interprofissionais, bem como sua aplicabilidade e limitações. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada mediante a percepção de profissionais no Centro de Terapia Intensiva de um hospital referência do Piauí entre os meses de agosto e outubro de 2017. A apresentação dos resultados foi organizada em duas categorias temáticas após análise dos discursos, sendo elas: O conhecimento e importância das práticas colaborativas e interprofissionais; Reflexos na assistência ao paciente e limitações para um cenário de práticas colaborativas e interprofissionais. Considera-se que a pratica interprofissional e colaborativa propicia uma melhor organização do serviço e a adoção do respeito, autonomia e vínculo entre profissionais e usuários, visando uma abordagem integral e resolutiva com intervenções multiprofissionais diferenciadas, mas o cenário ainda é permeado por percepções equivocadas e limitações, com dificuldades para sua implementação na rotina.Palavras-chave: Equipe de Assistência ao Paciente. It is a qualitative research carried out through the perception of professionals in the Intensive Care Center of a reference hospital in Piauí between August and October 2017. The presentation of the results was organized in two thematic categories after discourse analysis, being they: The knowledge and importance of the collaborative and interprofessional practices; Reflexes in patient care and limitations to a scenario of collaborative and interprofessional practices. It is considered that the interprofessional and collaborative practice provides a better organization of the service and the adoption of respect, autonomy and link between professionals and users, aiming at an integral and resolutive approach with differentiated multiprofessional interventions, but the scenario is still permeated by misperceptions and limitations, with difficulties for its implementation in the routine.Keywords: Patient Assistance Team.
