Abstract
Historically the initial treatment in patients who has suffered a perinatal brachial plexus injury has been usually focused on rehabilitation. Through time, microsurgery procedures had taken place as an important tool for treating these injuries. Nevertheless, rehabilitation remains as a pillar, as individual treatment as combined with surgical procedures. In this paper we can find the strategies that we use as a group of work in synergy surgeons and rehabilitation physicians for conservative treatment of brachial plexus palsies in babies.
