Research on Payment, Clearing and Settlement System Based on Electric Vehicle Intelligent Networking Platform

Abstract

This paper mainly studies on the payment, clearing and settlement system based on electric vehicle intelligent networking platform(hereafter called IOV). Firstly, the paper briefly describes the current situation and problems of IOV payment, clearing and settlement platform. Secondly, the paper establishes a basic framework which includes the overall architecture and business mode and based on smart IOV payment, clearing and settlement platform; thirdly, the paper explores the payment mode which supports the multichannel unified payment and multi-party/level quick settlement based on IOV platform, thereby completing the business process design including payment, clearing and settlement process. Finally, the paper introduces the application, pilots and promotion of payment, clearing and settlement platform based on smart IOV and provides a reference for constructing the system in the future.
