Abstract

The design and implementation of an analog CMOS complex filter for ZigBee using IEEE 802.15.4 standard in SMIC 180nm technology is described. This fourth-order complex Butterworth filter bases upon transconductor-capacitor (Gm-C) structure, it has a bandwidth of 3 MHz and center frequency of 2 MHz. The filter provides 50dB image rejection and comsumes very low power which can meet the requirements of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard.
