Against intrinsic motivation, work environment has a positive and significant impact toward intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation positive and significant influence toward the performance of lecturers. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on lecturer performance with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable.
