Even BMI and skin fold measurement showed improvement of the participants after the conclusion of the study also fund significant. Abstract

Since the onset of the pandemic and its subsequent demise, many have jumped onto online platforms as a means of working, shopping, learning, and conducting training program. This study was designed to determine the impact of online training program on health-related physical fitness.
