Abstract

This paper presents the design of broadband stacked microstrip antenna with E-shaped patch for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting transmission system (DTTB-TS) in UHF-band. By using the stacked structure, the E-shaped patch and the washer on the probe of the feed, the impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna for |S11| ≤-23 dB is extended to 18.2 %.
