Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Prestasi Pegawai Rupbasan dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (Saw)

Abstract

-The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system for selecting the best employees in the class 1 state confiscated storage house in Bandar Lampung. Class 1 state confiscation storage house Bandar Lampung located at the Pemasyarakatan Way Hui Street Sukarame Bandar Lampung is an agency umder the auspices of the ministry of law and human rights who is in charge of storing confiscated goods from certain parties for the purposes of the investigation or judicial process. Class 1 state confiscation storage house Bandar Lampung has 32 employees including the leadership. The problem that occurs is that there is no system that determines employees who have the best performance so that the leadership is still having difficulty in determining which employees are the best. Based on these problems, the researcher will design a decision support system application for selecting the best employees in class 1 state confiscated storage houses in Bandar Lampung using the simple additive weighting method. With the application of this decision support system, it can make it easier for the leadership of the state confiscated goods storage house to determine the best employee based on existing criteria.
