Numerical implementation issues of the deformation and destruction process of bodies with stress concentrators

Abstract

In this paper on the basis of a mathematical model a study of the parameters of numerical modeling is carried out for the results of solving boundary value problems on the destruction of bodies with concentrators and crack-like defects. The following parameters are considered: loading step; taking into account the iterative procedure of the destruction process; the degree of discretization of the computational domain; accounting for elements close to a critical state.
