Abstract

A modified fast direction of arrival estimation algorithm based on pseudospectral matrix is proposed. Previously the Fast DOA estimation algorithm presented by Kim et al.'s has a serious limitation that it employs DDDA technique that is based on eigen-value decomposition method of the pseudocovariance matrix, which cannot perform optimally for very weak signals.
