As discussions about what should be included in the Sixth Community Pharmacy Agreement (6CPA) gather pace, and pharmacists report that a service orientation offers the key opportunity for community pharmacy, it is important to remember that although a program or service has been shown to have good outcomes for patients, this does not mean it will be easy to implement in practice.
