In this paper, the HEMS model based on mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is designed to reduce dissatisfaction and cost of consumers. In the meantime, the model includes renewable energy, energy storage system (ESS), plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) and domestic appliances. Moreover, an energy optimization method with the ESS and PEV mixed charging and discharging strategy is exploited to calculate the above model. Abstract
