Abstract

In this work, we presented a reconfigurable circular patch antenna at terahertz frequency using graphene stack based substrate integrated waveguide technique. Reconfiguration is achieved by controlling the graphene chemical potential of graphene-alumina stack. Furthermore, the antenna has the merits in terms of broadside radiation pattern with high directivity and low back lobe radiation.
