This paper takes an optical fiber time transfer equipment as an example to realize the data reporting of the equipment between stations to the data monitoring center, combined with the Ethernet communication mode and the Modbus protocol. And the system is characterized by adding the SM4 encryption algorithm, which has the function of security encryption and ensures the security of data transmission. Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the equipment of optical fiber time transfer is difficult to manage about 300 sites in the country, this paper proposes a reliable remote monitoring system with an encryption function. The system can monitor the operation of multiple optical fiber time transfer equipment at the same time. And it can collect data and report them to the network management center for storage, processing, and analysis.
