Abstract

Based on the i sotropic, independent b lood cell with a single reflecting model and assuming that t he d istribution of blood cell velocity is Guassian, we have derived a demodulating expression of the real-time Doppler central frequency shift. Using this technique, we can realize t he Doppler blood f low imaging. The analytic results show that t he e rror can be controlled w ithin some allowable range. The experimental results also show that this method is practicable.
