The method of estimation and evaluation of resource costs that are needed for completion of a scienceintensive project provides a glimpse of maximum resource costs required for completion of particular types of work, as well as planned organizational and technical activities that ensure rational and effective use of resources. Abstract

The paper is dedicated to the developing methods of evaluation of life-cycle resource provision for science-intensive products. This method estimates and explains why a particular volume of resources should be involved to execute scienceintensive projects. The method of estimation and evaluation of resource costs that are needed for completion of a scienceintensive project provides a glimpse of maximum resource costs required for completion of particular types of work, as well as planned organizational and technical activities that ensure rational and effective use of resources.
