Although technological solutions exist for each of the elements stated, not many has been able to mold them into a single solution towards optimizing PTAT making it a novel approach to be used. Abstract

Patient Turnaround Time (PTAT) is the extent of time where a patient is being processed from the start at a hospital until the patient is allowed to go back home.
