Research on the Process of IT Value Production

Abstract

The process of IT value production is divided into four stages in enterprise: the spread stage, the digestion stage, the absorption stage and the fusion stage. The four-stage model is based on IT applications and reflects the process from IT use to IT value fully and it is universal. The application of IT is an evolutionary development process, at the same time, understanding and description of this process is an evolving process.
