The force on a single core-shell nanoparticle with different material compositions for core and shell is demonstrated. The metal shell having frequency dependent permittivity gives plasmonic resonance at a certain frequency. The force in both resonance and off-resonance condition of silver and gold shell is also shown. The total force on single core-shell nanoparticle is also validated using Mie scattering theory. For the case of multiple core-shell nanoparticles, the discrete dipole approximation (DDA) was used.
