A AGRICULTURA ORGÂNICA COMO ESTRATÉGIA ALTERNATIVA EM BUSCA DA SUSTENTABILIDADE - UMA ANÁLISE ESTATÍSTICA DA ORGANIZAÇÃO ATUAL

Abstract

One of the ways to reach sustainability comes by the implementation of correct forms of ecological agriculture. To develop this process, there is the demand of a common knowledge between the actors involved in it, composed by the farmers, the local public sector and other institutions in the local community. Sometimes, there isn’t the real interest to implement that idea. This paper verifies the concordance among the major actors in the process in Sao Joao do Itaperiu. It is used non-parametric statistics to verify the consistency and agreement through the Kendall Concordance Coefficient. The results show the existence of divergences among the agents involved in the process.
