Much research has been done to study the problems of perks from different points, and this paper deals with how perks affect the corporate performance, concerning about the relationship among perks, research and development intensity and corporate performance, trying to explore the conduction mechanism. We are to find out how perks affects the corporate performance through research and development intensity. In a conclusion, we find that as a recessive compensation, perks can promote research and development investment, and ultimately have a positive impact on corporate performance.
