Abstract

We design and experimentally demonstrate a horseshoe-shaped 16 × 16 arrayed waveguide grating router with a channel spacing of 200 GHz based on SOI platform. The minimum insertion loss and the crosstalk are -3.5 dB and −16 dB, respectively.
